Unfiltered and intensely concentrated — the grounds settle in the cup, they're never removed.

Method

  1. Add 7g extremely fine (powder-like) grounds to a cezve with 70ml cold water, stir once to combine.
  2. Set over the lowest possible heat and don't stir again — watch closely as foam begins to rise.
  3. Remove the moment before it boils, spoon the foam into the cup first, then pour the rest and let the grounds settle before sipping.
